These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the AIM Integrative Healthcare operational SMS notification program for authorized physicians and staff.

Program Description

AIM Integrative Healthcare may send operational text-message notifications to authorized physicians and staff who have opted in. Messages may notify recipients that a new receptionist, administrative, clinical, or urgent message is available for review in AIM's secure message system.

SMS notifications are intended to function as alerts. Sensitive patient information should be reviewed through the authenticated secure system rather than through the SMS notification itself.

Consent

By enrolling in the AIM SMS notification program and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive operational text messages from AIM Integrative Healthcare at that number. Consent may be withdrawn at any time as described below.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on practice activity and the recipient's role and notification settings.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to any AIM SMS message to opt out. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS notifications unless you enroll again.

Supported Carriers and Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.

Our collection and use of information related to the SMS program is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Security

Recipients should not forward secure-access links or share account credentials. If you believe a message or account has been accessed by an unauthorized person, contact AIM promptly.

Changes to the Program or Terms

AIM may modify or discontinue the SMS notification program or update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
